Do you provide photo booth set up?

Yes. We provide photo booth set up and break down. A team member will always be present at event.

Are there any benefits for first-time customers?

What if I am not satisfied with EnSync Photo Booth?

If you are not satisfied with our services fill out our customer service survey and one of our team members will respond to you within 2-3 business days. 

Do you have a customer referral program?

First-time customers will receive 10% off their next booking. 

Do you provide refunds?

All information regarding our refund policy is listed in the booking contract. There is a non-refundable deposit fee upon booking. In any case the event may need to be canceled or rescheduled email us at info@ensyncphotobooth.com 

Yes. Our customer referral program is simple. For every referral that book with us, you will receive a $25 Amazon gift card. You will have to email your referral name, email and phone number to info@ensyncphotobooth.com. After your referral event, you will then receive your $25 Amazon gift card via email or USPS mail.
